Conscious Leadership 1 is designed for early childhood program and school leaders who want to deepen their leadership skills and strengthen the practices they use to support the adults in their school or program community.

Through the lens of Conscious Discipline®, participants will explore how the same principles that support children can strengthen our interactions and relationships with colleagues, early educators, and adult family members. The session will focus on building self-awareness, strengthening connection, navigating challenging interactions, and creating environments where adults feel safe, supported, and valued.

Participants will leave with practical strategies they can use to strengthen leadership, communication, relationships, and adult well-being within their programs and schools.

Because supporting children begins with supporting the adults who care for and teach them.
