Deepening Conscious Leadership Practices

Conscious Leadership 2 is designed for early childhood program and school leaders who have completed Conscious Leadership 1, either on November 11 or during the March 2026 session.

Building on the foundation established in Conscious Leadership 1, this session takes participants deeper into the practices of Conscious Discipline® and their application to adult relationships and leadership.

Participants will continue strengthening their skills for supporting colleagues, early educators, and adult family members, navigating challenging interactions, fostering connection and collaboration, and creating a culture where adults feel safe, valued, and supported.

The day will provide opportunities to reflect, practice, problem-solve, and apply Conscious Leadership strategies to real-life leadership situations.

Prerequisite: Completion of Conscious Leadership 1.

Because supporting children begins with supporting the adults who care for and teach them.
