INAEYC resources that support an informed review of the proposed licensing rules highlighting key strengths, potential impacts, and areas for further consideration.

FROM OUR INAEYC Friends!

We are excited to share new advocacy resources to support you in responding to the proposed revisions to Indiana’s child care regulations. Your voice is critical in shaping policies that impact children, families, and the early childhood workforce across our state.

To help you engage confidently and effectively, INAEYC has developed two new tools: a Public Comment Advocacy and Training Resource and a Family-Friendly Guide to the proposed rules. Together, these resources are designed to break down the changes, highlight key considerations, and provide clear guidance on how to submit meaningful public comments.

These tools will help you stay informed about both the strengths of the proposed rules and areas of concern. They also offer guidance on how to provide constructive feedback that reflects a spirit of partnership with FSSA, working together to ensure the final rules maintain quality while also enhancing administrative efficiency and health and safety outcomes.

Whether you are an educator, program leader, or family member, your perspective matters. We encourage you to review these materials and take part in this important process.
