🎉 Exciting News from Ready to Grow St. Joe! 🎉

We are thrilled to share that Ready to Grow St. Joe has received generous, multi-year grants from the Valinhos Foundation and Asante Foundation to launch a transformational, evidence-based, relationship-centered Social Emotional Learning (SEL) initiative in partnership with Conscious Discipline and the Early Childhood Development Center at Saint Mary’s and Notre Dame.

The initiative—Nurturing Resilience and Building Brains with Conscious Discipline—will support 31 early care and learning programs in St. Joseph County, Indiana, in both English and Spanish during Year 1 (2025–2026). In Year 2 (2026–2027), it will expand to reach 30 additional programs (15 English and 15 Spanish) - all at no cost to providers.
